Women’s Self-Defense Seminar

Hammer Training & Fitness will be holding a women’s self-defense two day seminar on Saturday, June 21, 2014 and Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 10 am – 1 pm.

The Self-Defense program teaches safe, simple, and effective methods of self-protection that really work. This program focuses on physical defense solutions, but also covers actions you can take to prevent conflicts and altercations from happening in the first place.

Six Week Self Defense Class

Hammer Training & Fitness will be holding a six-week self defense class beginning July 3rd at 6pm every Wednesday for six weeks.
