Strength & Conditioning Class Description

The Strength & Conditioning class combines Olympic lifting and strength training with plyometric speed and agility drills and some old school tools to give a full body workout. Some of the sessions will be timed; others will be in quantity sets. This class is designed to challenge you on individual efforts and team efforts from class to class.

Take the Strength & Conditioning class to reach your maximum physical capacity in strength, speed, agility and fitness. This class can be incorporated with other training classes to give you a full body workout to improve your strength and ability to help you perform better.
