Michael Manion has been studying Isshin Ryu Karate since 2003 and is a member of the Okinawan Isshin Ryu Karate and Kobudo Association (OIKKA). Over the years, Michael has had the opportunity to train with Master John Devine, Hanshi N. Morgan Woods, Kyoshi Dayne Walz, Renshi Rodney S. Guignet and Sensei Rebecca Pizzolatto. Miss Lauren has been training in Isshin Ryu Karate at Hammer Training & Fitness for over seven years and has more recently started taking Kickboxing classes as well. She completed the first level of the Guidance On Leadership Development (GOLD) program as part of the Leadership Team for Karate.
