The HammerXFit class combines Olympic lifting and strength training with plyometric speed and agility drills and some old school tools to give a full body workout. Some of the sessions will be timed; others will be in quantity sets. The HammerXFit class is designed to challenge you on your individual efforts and team efforts from class to class. The class will have a little bit of a competitive edge to motivate you to do your best.
