Sculpt your body with a full hour of mat Pilates. Through a series of fluid movements and exercises, Pilates develops every aspect of physical fitness: strength, flexibility, coordination, speed, agility and endurance. We will heighten body awareness and control while focusing on correct muscle activation. With regular practice, one can correct posture and alignment and fine tune both concentration and focus. Participants feel slimmer and stronger after each session. All levels welcome!! Please bring a yoga mat to class.
