HammerFit Conditioning Classes

The HammerFit Conditioning class consists of small group, training sessions structured around the ACE Integrated Fitness Training Model allowing people, with fitness levels from beginner to advanced, to achieve significant physical benefits.

Each HammerFit Conditioning class begins with Stability and Mobility exercises for a basic warm-up, progressing to the Movement phase, which includes a series of dynamic bodyweight exercises; and ultimately the Load and Performance phase, the high-intensity strength and power phase designed to teach proper weight-lifting technique while building strong, lean muscles. Finally, each HammerFit Conditioning class closes with a necessary cool-down period including some gentle stretches and deep breathing exercises to help your body recover.
