The Boot Camp class uses a variety of exercises, including calisthenics, plyometrics, and body weight drills, to increase your strength, endurance, stability, and flexibility. In addition to body weight drills, the Boot Camp also utilizes a wide array of equipment, including resistance bands, medicine balls, stability balls, sledgehammer, tires, and more. At the Hammer Training & Fitness Boot Camp, you will never get bored with the same old routine. We use different exercises each week to ensure that your cardiovascular system and muscles and are being fully stimulated.
